These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the coconutStudio application and related services (the “Service”), operated by coconutStudio, an Algerian startup. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

coconutStudio provides AI-assisted chat, translation, and related features. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including any professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or security measures.

4. Third-party services and app integrations

The Service may allow connections to third-party accounts and external applications. App connections are managed through Composio, our MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration layer. Some apps are pre-configured and managed by Composio; others are configured and managed directly by us. When you connect an app, you may be redirected to Composio's platform to complete the connection. Your use of third-party services remains subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant coconutStudio a license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including through subprocessors described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COCONUTSTUDIO AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES APPLIED, ONE HUNDRED (100) USD EQUIVALENT).

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or other users, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to coconutStudio in Algeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. The processing of personal data is governed by Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data, in addition to applicable EU regulations where relevant.
